Cutter’s mood this week sums up my own. It just doesn’t feel lke Christmas to me this year. It’s happened before and Im not complaining about it, but Christmas is my absolute FAVORITE time of the year. Maybe it’s because Im not going to see my little girl this year until after Christmas..who knows? Im not going to let it get me down, though.
I do hope that you guys have an awesome Christmas and a very happy New Year. Hopefully, 2010 will be a LOT better for you guys as well as me. Here is to a great New Year! Raise your glasses and celebrate this Christmas and the passing of another year that you are breathing. It could be worse!
Hey guys. If you are reading this, that means you have found the newest webcomic around drawn by the newest web cartoonist around. Ive been into comics and art for a long time now, and decided that this is something that I wanted to get into. So, I sat down one day and created the characters that you see in the comic above. You can check out the characters and their bios here.
Now, I know that the art is rudimentary at the moment, but this is my first venture into this web cartoon thing, and it is also my first venture into doing this with a Wacom Intuos4 drawing tablet. Im not doing this the traditional way by penciling in, then inking, then scanning, then color, etc…I AM doing this the modern way by drawing it directly to the computer on the Wacom. This makes things a bit interesting as Im having a hard time getting used to drawing where my eyes arent looking. It is very weird, but Im getting better at it everytime I fire it up.
So, since you are here, you may as well sit back and enjoy the comics that I will be creating every other day or so. I’m going to be doing one on Monday and Friday with the occasional Wednesday comic as well.
I hope you enjoy this as much as Im enjoying creating it. Now, on with the show!
As I work to get my site ready to go live, will be testing different things on here. Things probably not look right for a few days while I get things straight. I need to hurry and get it done…cutter is getting anxious.
Welcome to the newest comic on the block – Cutter Cat! This was developed and named after our cat, Cutter. I hope you will like the comic. I am developing the first ones now and this should be live and going strong by next weekend (I hope). I will update it on Monday, Wednesday, Friday with a few weekend updates as I can fit them in.
